Bill Wolf focuses on deal sourcing and portfolio company management at KDWC. In 2011, Bill founded BW Capital, an alternative asset management firm. Prior to founding BW Capital, he was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers Inc. and William Blair & Company; an executive overseeing operating company investments for Henry Crown and Company; and a principal at Talon Asset Management, where he managed the firm’s private equity business and was Talon’s Chief Operating Officer.
Bill earned a BA degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Hamilton College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of e-Zassi, LLC, Lifespan Brands, LLC, Mindcrest, Inc., PlayNetwork, Inc., SpiderOak, Inc. and Wellright, LLC. He is also a Trustee of Columbia College Chicago and the Chicago Child Care Society.
Terry D. Diamond
Terry Diamond will utilize his network and experiences to aid the sourcing and development of Fund portfolio companies. In 1981, Mr. Diamond founded Talon Asset Management LLC, an investment management firm. As the Chairman of Talon, Mr. Diamond was responsible for overseeing all investment aspects of Talon which included individual account management, long-short, stress debt, and international hedge funds as well as venture capital. When Talon was acquired by BNY Mellon N.A. in 2011, Mr. Diamond became Chairman of BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Chicago Region.
Mr. Diamond currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mindcrest Inc., PlayNetwork Inc., Lifespan Brands, LLC, Columbia College, the Crown Center for Middle East Studies at Brandeis University and CARA. Mr. Diamond received a B.S from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
Gleb Zarkh is actively engaged in the sourcing, due diligence and management of Fund portfolio companies. Additionally, he manages the accounting and compliance activities for KDWC and BW Capital.
Gleb began his career at Talon Asset Management in 2008 as an Associate Equity Analyst. He became a Senior Equity Analyst at Talon, primarily focused on the healthcare and consumer sectors. Since 2011, Gleb has been actively involved in the management of the private equity business of BW Capital and has served as its CFO.
Gleb is currently pursuing his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the part-time program. Gleb holds a BS in Accounting and Finance with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lifespan Brands, LLC.
John D. Weil
John Weil is currently the president of Clayton Management Company which is a private investment management company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lifespan Brands, LLC, Allied Healthcare Products, Inc, Central Institute for the Deaf, Metro Theater Company and Contemporary Art Society of St. Louis Art Museum. He is also a Trustee of the St. Louis Art Museum and Washington University. John has a B.A. from Amherst College.
